"Angie" scaled reps (Rx´d 100)

50 Pullups (assisted with rubberband)
50 Pushups (on my knees)
50 Situps
50 Airsquats

Time: 14:59.6

The pullups took the most time, almost six minutes. Even with the band I dragged myself up more than using the kipp. Hard to kipp here at home (low height) and a long time since I did it. No good at all. Both in the pullups and in the situps I felt the ache from "Annie" two days ago. I almost gave up since it hurt so much after only five situps.

Happy that I still managed to finish it!
